Here is Lily

Lily made it into our family on the 28th weighing in at 6 lbs 15 oz and 20 inches long. Everything is looking good for the baby. She even just passed her hearing test! Lyndsey is also doing fine.

Finlay my husband has come to live with us! This time it is for good! It is sooo great to have him back. Sad for Max that his Dad is busy tomorrow and the days following. Max has not let his Dad get more then 2 feet away since he arrived. I go in at noon and should have a baby around 2. But that is our time, so 3 if you live where we just came from. We still have no concrete plan for a boy name. it will be funny if it is a girl and does not fit her currently planned name! Wish us luck!!

alittle clarification...

It has been mentioned that I should not make fun of 1J drivers online, I was a 1J driver and I was one of the reasons they have the reputation they have. But my point of the story was that the only accident that I have seen since being here was all the way from 1J! The guy who hit the lady was from 1J. That was why it was blog worthy. so if you are 1J, don't be offended, you know if the "1J stay away" applies to you. I know you know, because I openly admit it applied to me.

baby news...

so I woke up this morning and had a panic attack that I have nothing ready for this baby. so Max and I ran to walmart and bought baby diapers and nursing stuff. I had a dr appointment today and I knew we would discuss the baby, which is where the panic set in. and for very good reason, I AM GIVING BIRTH THIS MONDAY THE 28TH AT 2:00 PM!!! I thought the earliest would be the 1st! So yep, only 3 more days of being pregnant. I am having a c-section, again, which we wanted to avoid but we are repeating the same situation again. We have both been anti the c-section but we feel very good about this now. The baby was 7 lbs + during an ultra sound 2 weeks ago. I have measured big the last 2 appointments. it is still backwards and now engaged. Basically we have max all over again. I just can't go through what I went through last time so I am going against nature and I have accepted it and now I am sooooo excitted i can't even nap!
Brian is going to get here sunday. and my mom is changing her plane ticket to get here sunday also. So now we need boy names! Can I give birth without knowing the sex and only have girl names???? HELP!!

this is for all you 1J drivers out there

so I know I have talked about the great shopping here. Well, my favorite place is this tiny little grocery storet that is a farmers market. it is sooo cheap! I can eat all of my fresh fruit for nothing. so today max and I went over to refill my fridge. it is small and the parking is crazy, so a car was backing out while another tried to pull into her spot. Funny, but the man forgot that she has to leave the spot before he can get in, so they hit each other. I pulled out thinking 1J (the guy that hit the lady) are all idiots, when it hit me that I no longer live in 1J area! yep, all the way here, 1J drivers are showing off thier skills!

so I have been dying of heat the last few hours and I thought it was due to pregnancy. so while trying to save money I sat in front of the fan and kept the air at 78....at 8 pm I couldn't do it anymore so I turned it down to 75. I put max in long sleeves and pants due to the cool air at night and he kicks his blankets off. so at about 8:10 I heard him yelling for me, not crying just yelling. so I went in and he just said, "mom hot" he has sweat dripping. so I guess it was not just me being prego! I put a fan in his room because he wouldn't let me take off those tractor pjs!!

today I put a few pictures out and one of them had Brian in it. Max has talked about his Dad all day while looking at the picture. so we got on the web cam and visited. max was very cute and excited to see his Dad and talk to him. It was very cute. Brian should be joining us in 4 days! Meanwhile, he is enjoying his bachelor life!! He has done stuff with his guy friends every night. I think their wives will be happy for him to move!
Karen (mother in law) is with me for a little bit longer. We have been relaxing and playing in the pool most days. the plan was to sight see but so far we have done little of that. basically I am huge and tired!!
Sorry there is nothing to really blog about...but you will all be glad to know that for the 3rd time this summer I have seen first hand how great a bikini looks if you put mesh over it...and you can be any size to pull this off!! If only I had known when I was buying my swimsuit! ;)

I will be pregnant forever....

so I am all for letting my babies grow full term and come when they are ready. I never, and still don't feel the desire to be induced so that I don't have to be pregnant anymore. With max I could have stayed pregnant forever. I am not feeling that desire now, i would be happy to have this child any day! I want the baby to be ready and I don't want to cause any unneeded problems, but IT IS TIME TO GIVE BIRTH!! i had an ultra sound this morning, the doctor wanted to check size, ect. it is very active so they had a hard time and I saw it's cute face and tongue sticking out! It's head is down but posterior and very low. Which is comical due to it being in my ribs also! That is the joys of not having a long torso... The doctor said we will know more when she gets the results from the ultra sound but the baby may not flip at this point, which was a problem with my 8 lb 9 oz max..... but when she checked me, still no dilation, the baby wasn't stuck in position which is good for flipping. so depending on the babies size....we basically will know more next friday. I have been careful during this move to not over due it but I have overdone on many occasions. This kind of worried us, but for no reason because this baby is very content on staying in me....probably due to the heat here..my car said 119 today....

today was the hottest day since we have been here. I am told my apartment air is nice, but I just sweat! gotta love being prego!! I am unpacked except a few odds and ends in one box and my decor. my mom leaves tomorrow but then my mother in law comes. i finally got a cell phone and possibly found a PO Box. I drove around for hours today! Thank goodness for my GPS!! It was very helpful today. We spend about an hour a day in the pool, i think it is refreshing and Max gets giddy, it is very cute. I am in a great location as far as anything you could ever need. that is without getting on the freeway. we spent a few hours in a great and very large mall yesterday that is about 10 minutes from here. after we were so excited about all that it had, we found out that it is the smallest mall in the area!!! My poor mom got the bad end of staying with me because now I am settled enough to explore and she is leaving. Although she will be back when the baby comes.... my mother in law gets to have fun!

Almost done...

Life is looking better here! I am pretty much moved in, just a few odds and ends left. my mom carried a bunch of stuff down to our garage and that is a NIGHTMARE!! But we put a box in there that had all of my important school stuff in it, so we had no choice but to enter! Last night we had major flooding in this area. the ground is so hard that nothing gets absorbed, it is crazy! I have pictures to update on all of my trips before the move, but I haven't figured out how to do that with my lap top and I don't dare hook up our other computer...

DID I MENTION BRIAN ARRIVED ON OUR 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY??? HOW ROMANTIC! HE GAVE ME THE BIGGEST GIFT EVER....A NEW FUTURE...SCARY BUT EXCITTING. I HAVEN'T FIGURED OUT WHAT TO GET HIM AND WE ARE NOW POOR. HOPEFULLY HE DOES COME BACK IN AUGUST.....

wow it has been one crazy week! I am seeing an end in sight but so far I am the only one......
I have been an emotional basketcase (sp?) but I am starting to get over it. there is to much to do and to many people here to cry in front of!! :)

Well, my mom, Max, and I left on Tuesday and made it 1/2 way. We stayed at Ben and Jennas that night. they were great! They even gave their bed to the prego woman...I am HUGE by the way! We unfortunately were so tired that we didn't socialize long. Thanks for being to wonderful to us!!

We arrived here on Wednesday night. We were soooo tired that we ordered pizza and went to bed. I was in denial and not at all excited to get to know the new places I was to call home on Thursday morning. I got over it quickly and everything I could need it just right here. Although with traffic it still takes a little longer then I am used too. I about died when I saw our very nice and clean and SMALL apartment. the storage will be fine, but that means that EVERYTHING WE OWN has to go into storage or we will trip over everything. It is 1150 sq ft. I thought our house was only 1200...what is 50 ft? I knew we would miss the garage and storage room because they were in addition to the 1200...only to learn I was wrong and our house is just under 1400 sq ft. and that does not include the above mentioned storage! I thought we were in small space before!!! it took my mom 7 hours to work in the tiny kitchen and we aren't quit done yet!!

Poor Brian has been killing himself since tuesday. he packed up with the help of many great friends, and realized that we don't fit in the 5-8 room moving van!! Yep our Budget truck was to small!! I about died when i heard that! So we had to rent an additional trailer to pull behind the huge truck. they made great time but were very tired. they actually hit a huge rain storm as they arrived here and had to drive very slow. there were many accidents. it is apparently monsoon season and it was crazy weather!! it has been kind of humid instead of hot the last 2 days. I guess that is rare.

so they arrived Thursday night and we all headed back to the hotel after looking at the apartment. Which by the way, they decided to put in new carpet and it wasn't done yet, panic!! But it was done by AM so we were fine. Nick (Brians cousin) had lined up help for us for Friday AM to unpack. We couldn't fit in one car so we borrowed nicks. His wife is prego and due soon but having a c-section on Saturday (today), so she made the comment, "the only reason we would need the car is if I went into labor, and that won't happen."
So we get to the hotel and get a phone call that her water broke!! Brian and I rushed over and stayed with their toddler.

Crazy! We are now unloaded and about 2 days away from being unpacked, i went to my new DR and liked her, we have learned the area right here. All is going to be fine. I have to say I miss my house and my dog. It brings tears to my eyes when max asks for her, which is every 30 minutes.

We are sooo lucky to have all the help that came with us! they leave today (except my mom) and I am homesick for Brian just thinking about him leaving. Unpacking is easier then packing the prego problems come out in my emotions!!

ps... i really am soooo huge right now, on top of all the emotions from the move I got my first tummy stretch marks this week.I was traumatized... but the baby is great and i haven't even started to progress....
